My name is Gregg Cranshaw and this is my journey. Before I started in 2008, this was me at 254 pounds. I was overweight, borderline diabetic, high blood pressure, digestive issues, and heartburn issues. I was in the worst shape of my life, did zero exercise and I ate like I was still a teenager.
This is me in 2014 at 174 pounds. I am no longer overweight or borderline diabetic. My high blood pressure, digestive issues, and heartburn are gone. I am in the best shape of my life, I exercise every day, and I eat like a foodist.
Getting to where I am now was the most difficult part of my journey, but the challenging part is staying where I am and figuring out how to improve. Anyone can go on a diet and lose some weight. Anyone can go to the gym or purchase an exercise program and lose some weight. The difficult part is how do you maintain it? Learning how to change your lifestyle using baby steps is the key to sustaining it. My hope is that with this site I am able to help others sustain a healthy lifestyle and maybe inspire a few to try it.
